Reggie
Cox - Resort General Manager
Reggie Cox is the Resort Operations Manager at Indian Palms Country Club & Resort.
He joined the company in January 2002, bringing with him more than 20 years
of Food and Beverage management experience in hotels, country clubs and free
standing restaurants across the country.
Prior to Indian Palms, Reggie worked for eight years with the American Golf Corporation. During this time, he worked as a District Food and Beverage Director for several clubs in the Coachella Valley and was General Manager of Mesquite Country Club. He has also held management positions within the Marriott Corporation, Embassy Suites Hotels and the Velvet Turtle Restaurant chain.
Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Reggie moved to the United States
in 1980. Reggie’s love for the Hospitality Industry started back in
Scotland and on the Channel Islands in the UK when he gave up his first career
with British Railways.
Dianna
Todd, CPP
- Resort Administration Manager
Dianna Todd is the Human Resource and Administration Manager for Indian Palms
Country Club & Resort. Dianna joined the Company in April of 2004 bringing
with her more than 20 years of Human Resources and Payroll Processing experience.
Prior to joining Indian Palms, Dianna worked for Ceridian Corporation, a
human resources outsourcing company headquartered in San Diego. While at
Ceridian, Dianna acted as a District Training Manager and an Account Executive
gaining expertise in all areas of employee relations from “hire to retire”.
Dianna holds an Associates degree in Business Administration from Grossmont College in San Diego and earned her certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) in September 1995 from the American Payroll Association.
Lana
Nespoli - Hotel Manager
Lana Nespoli is an accomplished professional with over 20 years experience
in the hospitality and customer service industry. Prior to returning to the
desert and joining the team at the Indian Palms Country Club and Resort,
she resided in Florida where she served as a Member Services Representative
for Members First Credit Union.
Lana began her hotel career in her hometown of Bradford, Pennsylvania where
she owned and operated a historic hotel with her husband, Giuseppe. Her experience
includes working with the Marriott Corporation, Cornerstone Company, Starwood
Lodging and Hilton. She has also had the great fortune to own several restaurants
with her family in Florida, Pennsylvania and California.
Prior to her career
in the hospitality industry, Lana was a Regional Operations Manager in finance
with Great Western Bank.
Married for over 30 years, Lana
has two sons in the hospitality industry and a daughter pursuing a degree
in Journalism.
David
Zickau - Head Golf Professional
David Zickau is the Head Golf Professional at Indian Palms Country Club & Resort.
David started with the Company in June 2004 bringing with him more than 21
years of golf course management experience.
Before coming to Indian Palms, David worked as the Assistant Golf Professional
at Indian Wells Country Club. During his career he has worked at various
Country Clubs and Resorts in Florida, Indiana and Colorado.
Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, David earned a degree in Professional
Golf Management from Mississippi State University.
Jackie
Jackson - Group and Event Sales Manager
Jackie Jackson is the Group and Event Sales Manager at Indian
Palms Country Club & Resort. Jackie joined the company in
September 2000. With
more than seven years of event planning experience, Jackie guides guests
as they prepare for memorable events of all sizes.
Before coming to Indian Palms, Jackie worked in the Sales & Marketing
department of Le Parker Meridian in Palm Springs. Prior
to this, Jackie honed her organization skills as a Legal Secretary for 17
years and still holds her Notary Public license today.
Marilynn
Lara - Restaurant Manager
Indian Palms is proud to introduce Marilynn Lara as our new Dining Room
Supervisor in the La Palma Restaurant. Marilynn joins us from Boulevards
Restaurant
in Sun City where she served in the same capacity. She has previously
worked in numerous positions in the restaurant business including being a
Hostess. Marilynn, who grew up and attended High School in Ecuador, is currently
attending classes at the College of the Desert and hopes to one day own her
own restaurant, serving varieties of Ecuadorian cuisine. Please stop by the
